Katherine Heigl lists her Utah home for $10.6M as family prepares to downsize

Katherine Heigl is ready to part ways with her home in Utah. The 47-year-old "27 Dresses" actress placed her home in the Utah mountains on the market for $10.6 million, in partnership with listing agent Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers Park City. She reportedly purchased the land for $1 million in 2007 when she married her husband, musician Josh Kelley, and the two built the house together in 2008. They moved their family from Los Angeles to Utah full-time in 2012, and are now looking to downs
