SpryNews is a news aggregation platform that collects, clusters, and displays publicly available news articles. We do not generate original news content. Article content remains the property of its original publisher.

You may create an account via SpryLogin to access features such as the reading list. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SpryNews to: scrape or copy content in bulk; attempt to access our systems without authorisation; distribute malware or harmful code; or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
5. Intellectual property
The SpryNews brand, design, and aggregation software are owned by the Spry network. Third-party article content belongs to its respective publishers. We display article content under fair use for the purpose of news aggregation and commentary.
6. Third-party content
SpryNews links to and displays content from third-party publishers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content. Always read original sources for full context.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
SpryNews is provided 'as is' without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of news content. Use of the service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpryNews and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The 'Last updated' date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of SpryNews constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
