Bill Maher rips California taxes, says state takes bigger cut than a 'skeezy' drug dealer

Comedian Bill Maher blasted California's high tax burden on businesses on Monday during his "Club Random" podcast, quipping that the deep blue state takes a bigger cut than the drug dealers he bought from in the past. "It's almost impossible to make a business work in California like that," Maher said on Monday's episode. "I mean, just the state takes like 40% taxes. F---, you know, when I bought drugs from a skeezy dealer, he didn't skim 40%." NEWSOM UNDER FIRE AS CALIFORNIA GAS TAX HIKE SENDS
