Southern university requires business suits, bans du-rags and other headwear in new dress code

Retired U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Dr. Mark Brown, president and CEO of Tuskegee University in Alabama , is bringing forward a "professional educational environment" to one of the nation's most prestigious Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).
