A New York police official is being accused of serving as the getaway driver for her son in an apparent gang shooting in New York City , the New York Post reported Tuesday. Police sources told the Post that Jennifer Lackard, a deputy police commissioner with the Mount Vernon Police Department, was arrested along with her son, Chase Lackard, 20, at their home Tuesday morning. Authorities said Chase was charged with shooting at rival gang members near the Bronx Criminal Court in late June. Sources
