Repeat offender sucker-punches woman in city where Ukrainian refugee was stabbed by career criminal

A repeat offender has been arrested in Charlotte after a disturbing social media video showed him recording himself screaming at a woman and punching her in the same city where Iryna Zarutska was stabbed last year, according to police. The man, Di-Quan Schafar Hunt, 32, has a long record of arrests, including being arrested nine times in the last three years. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said Hunt punched a woman on the street during the July 30 assault before running away. Police
