Arizona authorities have arrested a man in connection with a home invasion shooting that killed a Tucson police recruit and left his fiancee hospitalized. Carlos Ramirez, 23, was shot dead at his home in southwestern Tucson early Wednesday morning, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
