One of the vehicles hit by Amazon cargo plane in Miami had seven people on board, NTSB official says

Chairwoman of the NTSB Jennifer Homendy said that the Amazon cargo plane that overran a runway in Miami had two crew members on board and collided with two vehicles, including a van that had seven people inside.
