He became known as the ‘man in the red bandana’ after survivors described him covering his face with a red bandana while trying to help people evacuate. President Trump posthumously presented his mother with the Presidential Medal of Freedom ahead of the 25th anniversary of the attacks. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist reports.
